AGM and new Committee

East Midlands AGM

It’s obviously AGM season… Here’s a note from Colin Butler regarding the East Midlands one:

I am pleased to say that we have booked the Bell Inn at Stilton for the East Midlands CPSA AGM.

The date for your diaries is Monday 13^th September 2021.

Janet has indicated she would like a pre-meeting starting at 7pm and then a welcome buffet from 7-30pm, with the AGM starting at 8pm, I hope you can make the early kick off.

As always can I have the names of your elected county representatives before that date, and can I ask if you cannot attend that you send a substitute attendee, although we don’t envisage the AGM will go on for long with no presentations this year.

Ian Parker and Clare Alger from HQ has been invited to attend.

Janet also informs me that the costs at the Bell Inn have risen significantly, so it may well be time to once again move our business elsewhere, so if you have a venue in mind and think we should investigate the possibilities please let myself or Janet know, obviously it must be as central as possible.

I would be grateful if you share details of the AGM date on your websites and Facebook pages.

Cambridgeshire Single Barrel 2021

Hi all,

So that’s the Single Barrel for another year done and dusted

Thanks go to Priory CTC for holding it for us again,

It was a fair day for the Fens a little bit of a breeze on the odd occasion, but grey clouds are all around us and every now and again just a slight bit of misty rain. But not as bad as forecast for the day.

Cambridgeshire FITASC Championships 2021

11th July 2021, Eriswell Lodge

Well that’s the FITASC done for this year. Thanks to Eriswell for holding it for us as well as for Suffolk and Norfolk. A fair turn out of shooters on the whole, not such a good turn out for Cambs, but thanks go to the ones that turned up and shot. Also thank you to the scorers and staff – always got a smile on their faces and seem pleased to see you there.

Cambridgeshire AGM Postponed!

Due to the current government guidelines and the uncertainty concerning the easing of Covid-19 restrictions, the Cambridgeshire CPSA has taken the difficult decision to postpone the Annual General Meeting until later in the year.

Whilst we appreciate this is short notice, we believe this is the right and responsible action to take, for the safety of our shooters and their families during this exceptional time.

We will provide further updates as soon as the government guidelines are updated and will advise on the revised date for for the Annual General Meeting.
