A chilly, windy day presented some challenging targets on a difficult but interesting course. Congratulations to Championship winner D Stanford with an 87.  He is the first winner of a new trophy generously sponsored by R Allen, the original trophy not having been returned for several years.

M Bedford will also now be put forward to represent Cambridgeshire at the upcoming game fair being held at Ragley Hall on the 25th-27th July 2025

The next Cambridge County Championship is the English Skeet at Priory on 28th and 29th June.

To top it all off for the bank holiday weekend we held the Cambridgeshire sporting at Sporting Targets on Monday good sunshine for the most of the day just a slight drizzle at the end of the day to catch the last of the squads.

Thank you to all the shooters for their support at these county events. For the disciplines where there is an inter-counties competition later in the year, the teams will be listed on Facebook and this website.

It was a bright and sunny day with a nice breeze to cool the sun! The competition was fierce with good scores coming in throughout the day, the course was technical and had something for everyone!

There was a total of 176 entries with over 70 being from Cambridgeshire.
