couldn't guarantee the weather, particularly on a Bank Holiday Monday, and so the FITASC championships took part in gales and intermittent driving rain at Lakenheath on May 26th. For the second year in a row! Also for a second year, the Championship was decided after a shoot-off between two shooters scoring 86 each, only this year it was Jamie Harding who won the shoot-off and took the County Champion's Title whilst Philip Simpson and to content himself with the Veterans' Trophy. Sarah Christensen retained her Ladies' title, and Phil Gray took the Junior's title. The two Juniors' scores would suggest we will once again have a very strong Juniors team this year, and three of our top four scores from Vets bodes well there as well!
